I only speak on topics to which I can also say something

My CV has enabled me to gain a wide range of professional and personal experience. This also includes my role as a woman, even a young woman, in a traditional automotive group and all the experiences I have had so far during my career, up to the challenge as a (female) manager.

In recent years, I have been increasingly requested as a speaker and panel participant (see overview and links below). This has shown me how much I enjoy passing on some of my knowledge and experience and, above all, getting into conversation with the audience.

One thing is particularly important to me: I only talk about topics on which I can make a well-founded statement, i.e. which I have experienced myself. Because in my view, you can only deliver added value as a speaker if the audience gets authentic and honest insights.

So I wouldd love to hear from you if you are looking for a speaker or panelist on the following topics:

  • As a woman in a traditional industry: challenges and how you can deal with them as a woman - and what men can and must do as well
  • Shaping transformation in large companies and corporations: How can it succeed and how do I take each:n with me?
  • Building an innovation hub as part of an established company
  • Corporate and start-up collaboration: how it can and can't work
  • Agile working, agile mindset, agile whatever: what is it, when does it make sense and doesn't it just make us organize ourselves?
  • Agile leadership - what is it and when does it make sense?
  • Leading as a woman (in a male-dominated environment)
  • Leading as a mum / Being a working mum
  • Stakeholder management in the company: Solving internal political difficulties professionally
  • The importance of communication for you personally and for you in the corporate context
  • Board positioning internally and externally
  • Resilience: meaning and implementation in the personal and professional environment, especially in an increasingly demanding world
  • Diversity: buzzword or business case?
