My CV has enabled me to gain a wide range of professional and personal experience. This also includes my role as a woman and mother in a traditional automotive group, and all the experiences I have had so far during my career, up to the challenge as a (female) manager, especially in the area of transformation in a wide variety of ways.
In recent years, I have been increasingly requested as a speaker and panel participant (see overview and links below). This has shown me how much I enjoy passing on some of my knowledge and experience and, above all, getting into conversation with the audience.
