Because I had the pleasure to experience for myself how enriching it can be to be accompanied in personal and professional matters.
I have also experienced how much energy it can cost when you do not have this support because you do nott have access to these offers, are in the wrong environment, or are simply not honest with yourself.

Coach is not a trademarked term and it is difficult to assess who has only taken a weekend course and who has had real training, much less who is taking which approach. Here, I explain in detail my coaching style, the basis of my training and on which topics I can support you.

Through my various stations in the Volkswagen Group, between corporate and start-up, as a woman, as a young woman in leadership, but also through my doctorate on the topic of resilience, I have acquired a presentation portfolio over the last few years, which I will give you an overview of here.

I like to combine my passion of coaching and my experience in the profession to be available as a facilitator for various formats. I enjoy supporting people and teams also by giving the framework, holding, and making workshops like events exciting as well.
